3	Additional Notes
4	Any timeout of an hour or more than overlaps the start of or any part of an RSC event blocks the player from participating in that specific part of the event (an entire match in the case of RSCC - the time is 10 PM ET); if they play, their team forfeits the games they played in and they receive punishment under the category of "attempting to bypass punishments".
5	Timeout lengths do not stack, but minimum match suspensions do stack.
6	Anyone who reached Ban status will be placed on Enforced Break while mod committee determines if they actually deserve a ban.
7	Anyone who reaches Ban status and is actively causing problems while on Enforced Break will be banned, and then have their situation discussed.
8	A member may appeal their strikes or ban to the arbiters, who will review and determine if they are justified.
9	Any misbehavior that covers multiple categories will count as a strike for each one, and the punishments combined as described above.
10	On the last event day of each season, a forgiveness period will occur, and members will have their strike count decreased by two for normal and minor offence, and one for serious offences.
11	Members who have strikes removed as a result of the forgiveness period, but commit misbehaviors within two weeks of the forgiveness cycle will incur double strikes
12	For the purposes of moderating, a season ends on the last event day, and the next season begins the day after.
13	The Moderation Committee reserves the right to skip any of these steps based on the severity of the misbehavior.
14	GM/Staff Notes
15	GMs and staff will serve punishments the same as all other members of the community. This punishment can be removed or altered by the mod committee if necessary.
16	New Player Period
17	If a player accrues 5 "points" within their first week in RSC, they will be placed on a temporary timeout, and discussion of a ban will take place.
18	A Serious Offense is worth 5 points. A normal offense is worth 3 points. A minor offense is worth 1 point.
19	The mod committee will have up to, but no longer than two weeks to come to a conclusion; if a decision is not reached then, the member will not be banned and the new player period will have passed going forward.

58	Upon receipt of first or 2nd report of items that fall under normal or below offences the player will be given an inital warning.
59	Upon receipt of a third report the player will be assessed a one week removal from all applicable 6mans/4mans channels and queues
60	Upon receipt of a fourth report the player will be removed for the remainder of the current rsc season + 1 additional season from all applicable 6mans/4mans channels and queues
61	Upon receipt of a serious strike, the player will receive the penalty of the serious strike plus a 1 year ban from all applicable 6mans/4mans channels and queues
62	Any player that that receives a report after their removal/ban will receive another 1 year ban regardless of the offense.
63	These strikes/removals are non-appealable
64	The Moderation Committee reserves the right to skip any of these steps based on the severity of the misbehavior.
65	Strikes and offences given in 6mans is for 6mans only except for items that fall under serious catagory or deemed egregious enough to incure strikes outside of 6mans. e.g. If a player were to incur a rule 1 warning or strike - we would apply it to 6mans only if occured in a 6mans lobby. If the player is a staff/management they may be subject to removal due to nature of the reports
